Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final.
All Sales Final
All in-store and online purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless explicitly approved by management.
Management Approval
In rare cases, refunds or exchanges may be granted at the sole discretion of management. Proof of purchase is required for any request. Approval is not guaranteed.
Delivery Orders
Delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

The delivery driver refusing service upon arrival due to safety concerns, inability to verify age, or customer unavailability.

The driver being en route and the order being canceled.

Failure to present valid government-issued identification upon delivery.
If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed for any of the above reasons, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you believe you received a defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase with your receipt. Any resolution will be determined by management.
